Registered Massage Therapy

  • 60 Minutes Massage Therapy $125.00 plus 5% GST
  • 45 Minutes Massage Therapy $105.00 plus 5% GST
  • 30 Minutes Massage Therapy $80.00 plus 5% GST
  • 90 Minutes Massage Therapy $175.00 plus 5% GST

Non-Registered Massage Therapy/Bodywork (Massage Therapy Intern)

  • 60 Minutes Massage Therapy $60.00 plus 5% GST
  • 30 Minutes Massage Therapy $30.00 plus 5% GST

Subsequent Visits

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • We require a credit card on file for all bookings. We will only charge your credit card after your treatment session is done with your authorization and consent.
  • Please provide MSP number and or ICBC Claim number for Initial visit of MSP and ICBC patients
  • Please give us 24 hours for any cancellations and changes of your appointment.
  • Patients who fail or give less than 24 hours notice and miss their appointment, will automatically charge your credit card for the full amount of the therapy session fee.

Our Physiotherapist will perform multiple techniques specifically designed in every patient's condition or diagnosis to reduce or eliminate pain, get stronger, gain motion and be able to to perform desired task and ADL.


Registered Massage Therapy

Our Massage therapist treat patients by using touch to work on the muscles and other soft tissues of the body in a skillful manner. With their touch, therapist relieve pain, help heal injuries, improve circulation, relieve stress, increase relaxation and support in the general well being of a person.


Concussion - Vestibular Rehab

A specialized form of physical therapy used to treat vestibular disorders or symptoms, characterized by dizziness, vertigo, and trouble with balance, posture and vision following a concussion due to a rapid acceleration-deceleration of the head like whiplash injury and or direct trauma to the head such as from falling, getting hit or being in an accident.


Physiotherapy + Shockwave

A non-invasive treatment that stimulates the body's natural healing process. It can relieve pain and promote healing of injured tendons. ligaments and other soft tissues.


WorkSafe (WSBC) Physiotherapy

Our Physiotherapist will perform thorough assessment and plan treatment accordingly for a fast recovery from work-related injuries.

ICBC Massage Therapy

ICBC Counselling

Twelve (12) counselling sessions are pre-authorized for ICBC claim within the first 12 weeks from the date of the crash.

Karmeena graduated with a degree in Bachelors of Psychology with a minor in Counselling and Human Development in Simon Fraser University and a Masters of Arts in Clinical Counselling Psychology in Yorkville University. Her areas of interest within the field have come from previous life and professional experience. Her heavy involvement in team activities and sports became a significant role in influencing her drive in becoming a counsellor. It was through these experiences she was able to develop characteristics such as empathy and understanding, given the diverse population she has learned to adapt and change the way she works with each individual that is unique to their needs.

Her interest in the field include and are not limited to the use of CBT for individuals with a specific interest in post-traumatic stress disorder. Within her career she has worked with individuals that present with anxiety, depression, trauma & grief, relationships and personal development. Karmeena is always looking to expand her knowledge and deepen her skill set in working with all individuals.

Outside of work, Karmeena spends her time exploring the outdoors where she enjoys local hikes, kayaking and snowboarding.

Vic graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in 2000. He started his professional career working in all aspects of orthopaedic and neurological hospital settings from 2000- 2009. He worked directly with orthopaedic and neuro- surgeons for joint replacements, sports injuries, laminectomies, fractures as well as vascular insults. Vic values continuing education so he moved to London, United Kingdom for his Postgraduate Professional Diploma in Healthcare Management and he also completed the North American Institute of Orthopaedic Manual Therapy Series course and other advanced courses in Vestibular, Concussion and Intramuscular Stimulations to name a few.

Since 2014, he started working in private practice and delivers his best to serve his clients. He valued hands-on techniques and eyes on patients to ensure new strategies instead of old habits to make a change on how their bodies moved.

Vic is always up for a challenge and feels blessed to be a physiotherapist and interact with amazing people each day.

When not at work, he is cycling and finding new places to relax his mind. He loves to take his young family and tries new things around the city and overseas.

For many years, Jasmine has had a keen interest in the mechanical and reflex effects of massage. This interest fueled her motivation to complete advanced Kinesiology courses and to pursue her passion to complete the Registered Massage Therapy program at Langara College. Jasmine listens deeply to what the body needs to improve joint function and help reverse symptoms caused by stress, depletion, or other disturbances. Jasmine was also heavily involved in competitive soccer all throughout her elementary, high school, and post-secondary studies. She overcame many injuries and Musculo-skeletal imbalances. Prior to embarking on this career path, she earned dual degrees from Our Lady of Fatima University-Philippines, specializing in Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Technology.

Having undergone a personal health transformation, Mitch has intimately felt the profound benefits of Massage Therapy—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Fueled by the desire to extend this healing approach to others, she committed herself to becoming an RMT.
